Catching Shit For Doing Your Job

Where I work, if you do your job...if you execute to plan...if you work to get things done, you catch shit. If you bitch and avoid doing anything, you are seen as a key player. It's pathetic.

Where I work everyone looks to get all excited about work that someone else is doing. If they have to do it, they look to pass the buck.

At least I have a job interview coming up!!!

Seems to be a hobby of many people. In fact, I think some people hone their skills at it over the years to the point where you can't even tell the fuckers are doing it.

Passing the buck and being a useless , lame, waste of fuciking skin, go hand in hand.

I think these people relaize at a very early stage how beneficial it is to become experts at this. They then go on to hone their craft, to the point where they blend in and totally skew the status quo.

I guess exposing them is akin to being a fucking vampire hunter, and probably lends you about as much credibility when attempting to expose an expert in the field. They are always well prepared. Except for the novices, and they usually aren't under as much scrutiny early on.

Anyways...good luck with the interview.
