Thank God I am able to provide a haven for other department's rejects and refugees. God forbid I should actually hire or recruit someone of my choice with the skills required to do the job!

I'm so happy that I get to help them by welcoming them to my department and can provide the relief they need from their previous evil, devious managers who were difficult, nasty people. Oh, and all the other people they worked with were difficult too, the problem was obviously all the other people and not them.

And God knows, I don't expect them to actually participate once they get in. Oh no, they still have their previous jobs, it's basically a relocation program. But we don't talk about that too much. Lest I stress the poor souls.

I might as well erect a statue of fucking liberty....

I've managed to deport one and I'm closing the borders before anyone else tries to unload their "problem" children on me.
