The IT Gods are angry, and they are warring with each other.

And you know who the inevitable victims are any war between Gods? We, the mere mortals, the insignificant ants. The great unwashed. Brazen enough to even hint at the need for a manual, or even some type of minimal training. A clue even. A scrap! Even a slight reassurance that this will do what it is intended to do, even a token reassurance. Much like poor little Oliver, when he stood up and asked for more gruel in the work house. Same imperial response. Perhaps we have been fed too much read meat and are getting above our stations?

"What? More?!, you want mooore"???!!

How dare we? How dare we ask the Gods for an actual manual?! How Cheeky! How dare we even hint at the fact that the preview does not bode well for our future and point out the fact that it does not work in it's present incarnation and the Gods will be rolling it out none the less. I hear thunder rumbling and sabres rattling.

But then again, there are big balls at stake here. What is more important after all, deflating someones figurative balls, or having a bussiness that is thriving continue to thrive instead of being paralysed by inefficient, badly conceived, totally useless technology? Because the changes being crammed down the mortals throats do not, and never did support the end use they were designed for. The bugs are there, they are well known and are being conveniently ignored by the Gods.

The Gods have big balls to protect. Thats their key motivator. And at the end of the day, we are just collateral damage.
