So I work 4-5 days a week on the road. My boss told me at least 3 times to pad my expense report, pick up receipts off the ground, fabricate receipts, a.k.a. steal from the client like he does, because "business travel is a such a burden and I could use the extra money to get an airport business lounge membership". The guy makes at least 6 figures and I do allright, why the fuck risk my career for a couple hundred bucks. I finally told him that if I really wanted the f*cking business lounge membership I'd get it myself, no thanks on the nickel and dime microembezzelment. (Well that's what I was thinking, I said it a little nicer without calling him out as a thief).

So you all know that I am a consultant. What kind you ask?? I am a safe consultant. Which simply means that companies in the construction and industrial settings hire us to either make sure that they dont get busted by OSHA or they hire us to help them get out of the trouble that they are already in. This means that we have a multitude of things that we may have to deal with on a daily bases. For example: Lockout Tagout procedures, machine guarding, forklife training, hazard communication, chemical awarness, respiator fit testing,fall protection, overhead cranes, just to name a few.

Well based on that list of crap, you can safley say that I am exposed to some pretty nasty chemicals from time to time. So I deal with the fact that I have to wear a respirator along with a hardhat, safety glasses, ear plugs, and steal toe boots. BIG DEAL, RIGHT?? Well you tell me what you would do if you pulled a Material Safety Data Sheet with a chemical on it that you were going to be exposed to in the near future, that states that it has serious developmental effects and could possible cause death to a fetus. But your boss thinks that it is ok that you and your unborn child be exposed to it just because she doesnt want to do the job herself. ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME????

I have introduced you all to my slobish boss. I absolutely must introduce you to the OFFICE! My husband refers to it as the 1970s porno shop. The office sit above a coin shop that is owned by an extremely wealthy retired couple, that only does it for something to do a few days a week. He just recently bought a Cadillac Escalade with cash, so the rent that my boss sometimes pays is chump change. The store downstairs is a clean, bright, well organized store.

We have separate entrance on the side of the building that leads up a staircase. As you open the door your breath will be taken away by the smell of the uncleanlyness. At the top of the steps you enter another door. The smell of ammonia will either knock you on your ass or it will burn the skin off your face. Ammonia... you ask? Well about 6months ago we started complaining about the amount of mouse feces we were finding. So my wonderful smart boss decided that we would have office cats to take care of that problem. One of the cats decided that they would piss on one of the office chairs. The chair sat and the stench permeated the office for about a month because she would not take care of the problem. So I proceeded to move it into the back hallway. God forbid that we actually throw the piss saturated chair on the curb so the local dumb could take care of it.

Well according to my boss, when I first started this position, professionalism was everything. How you carried yourself, how you talked, responed to questions, and of course how you dressed when you came to work. So when I learned that my new "uniform" was going to be jeans and a polo shirt the bor the name of the professional company that I am employeed at, I was confused. I should have taken the hint that I was headed down the road of career distruction when I was handed a garbage bag full of cothes. The bag contained the following: Polo shirts thats were once a soild color, sweatshirts that had holes under the arms, jackets that had the name of the previous employees that had graced the company, winter jackets that were so dirty that they couldnt even saved by washing, and a few blue sweaters that looked like they were solen from Mr. Rogers closet in the land of make believe. I scavenged threw the bag and found what could be used, I just figured that we would be on a lot of constructions sites and in industrial facilities that the old shirts wouldnt make much of a difference.

I think that this blogging site is purposly made for people to Bitch about their jobs. Am I correct here???

So if there is somebody out there bitching about us blogging on this site they should find the blogging site about being the best ass kissing ball busting employee and loving their job. I think that they may not belong here.

Just because we bitch about the job that we have here doesnt mean that we are bad employees... it just plan means that we are getting FUCKED!!!!

Are you Fucking serious??? You all called it!!! Wednesday was payday and my boss is on vacation. She wrote paychecks earlier last week to ensure the fact that we would recieved them on time. Well it would help if they were going to be good!!! Then she had the nerve to yell at the office manager when she found out that she had handed them out to us. I am sorry let me rephase that.... she had the nerve to SCREAM AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS. Yup, she acted like it wasnt her fault.

So, I reieved a phone call from my office manager at around 5pm, after I had already been to the bank and deposited it in my checking account telling me that they were no good. I thought to myself... if the bitch has no money and cant pay her 3 employees then she needs to close the doors. We sit here day in and day out and do NOTHING!!! I am sure you are all wondering why I am not just up and telling her to shove her broke ass joke of a job up her fat fucking ass??? I just recently found out that I am expecting. I have completely paid extremely good health insurance. And yes, I see the bill every month and thats the only thing that gets paid around here. So what the hell should I do? If I would have known that I was no gong to be "safe" in my job then my husband and I would have waited. So I am FUCKED once again by the boss from hell?

So, I ran into this site last week, while I was surfing the net during my 8 hours of what some people in small countires would consider touture. Before I start bitching about this gross place that my fat Boss calls an office, I think I should introduce you all to this "job" that I was sucked into. In Sept of 2005, my husbands cousin got married. I was asked to be in the wedding because I was close to him at one time. I befriend his soon to be wife and decided that I would be nice and open my home to her wedding party the morning of the big day. I ended up meeting the fat sow I know call my boss, that faithful morning. The next few months I was tracked down her and finally offered a position in her extremely small women run ( there are only 4 of us including her) business. I was a college graduate that was searching for what I call a "real Job". This sounded promising and it would get my out of the hell that I call waitressing that brought me threw college. I was offered full paid beneifits, a weeks paid vaction, sick days,personal days, and the proper training for the consulting position. I was only offered less than 30 thousand a year but I figure that I would at least have a foot in the professional world. I knew tat I wouldnt be doing this for a long peroid of time but I would give a go. So on December 12, 2005 I started this job, that would become the biggest mistake that I have ever made. I wish I could jump into the Delorean with Marty McFly and "Doc" hopeing that it had enough gigwalts to get me back to that day in Sept to change it all.

I did it today i told her exactly how i felt and why i quite. It was exillerating! as soon as i did it i felt great! after words it was a little bitter sweet seeing as how i had invested so much of myself into that job only to passed over for promotion in favour of lazier and undeserving employees. I maybe a little sad but it's better than feeling like a worthless loser who lets people take advantage of me.

I called my supervisor out for doing something underhanded & now she's being a bitch about doing her job re: anything that involves me. She said I could work last Sunday [which normally would have been overtime hrs.] and "oh, forgot" to tell me I would not get paid anything for it because I'm a new employee and was supposedly just there "observing". Which is so much bullshit because I WORKED the whole time. I've been at this job for two months & I would walk out today because of this shit if I had another job lined up. Fuck this place!!!

So, here I sit on the day after Thanksgiving hating my job. Why? Mostly because I am bored out of my mind and work for a narcissistic asshole. Last year we closed the office the day after Thanksgiving so I (like an idiot) assumed he would close the office today. Wednesday he informs me that he is coming in to the office and he was "overly generous" with giving me the day off last year!! So here I sit ... there are only 2 of us in the office and the entire office building is empty!

The company is a buy-side brokerage firm so it is just me and my boss, oh, and the part time broker that comes in like once a week. When the two of them are here they act like they are about to perform brain surgery not make telemarketing calls. Idiots!

OK OK, still cannot relax so let me make a list for Thanksgiving - THINGS THAT I AM NOT THANKFUL FOR:

1) I am not thankful for working with assholes who are not thankful to have me as a coworker
2) I am not thankful for having to go back to work on next Monday
3) I am not thankful that the winter is back and makes me not want to leave my house
4) I am not thankful that my stupid manager lives in Miami, FL and she complains that she misses winter
5) I am not thankful that my stupid manager keeps claiming that she is still sick but makes shopping spree plans for Friday
6) I am not thanful that this year (once more) we are not getting bonuses

OK, before I hit the road tomorrow morning, let me tell you what I am up to 9:09PM. Can you take a guess? You are fucking right! I am fucking working...Correct, I have so much work to do and I cannot relax a bit for my nice vacation before finishing this bullshit off...

Come on people, who works on a thanksgiving break? Are we not thanking for family, food, friendship, and everything we own? Yes, I said family but I can hear my manager's stupid voice in the back of my head: BUSINESS COMES FIRST!

Is that for real? Wait a sec, I thought that we were working to have a nice life, not living to work our asses off...

OK So I have been working for this company for the last 2 plus years and I have been hating every single fucking day of it. Well, then you might ask me why da hell am I still here?

Let me explain: I am a foreigner in this country and unfortunately getting a job is more painful for us than the rest. First of all, for me to move to a new company, that company needs to take over my H1B visa. Nowadays, special thanks for Mr. W. Bushass, most companies do not want to do this thinking that it is too much of a hassle and there is a high risk that we can be terrorists and so on.

Now, well that I am stuck here, I am trying to do my best to like it but honestly I cant take it anymore.

Now I FUCKEN HATE IT!!!! When last I wrote I was leaving the world of cubicle work for outside work. Well let me tell you something it SUCKS!!!
Where to start...mmmm Okay, first two weeks were great working outside learning a new trade-easy right? Wrong! My job is this I work with Used Car Salesmans to help them place cars on the web. Well, they are big bunch of ASS CLOWNS and they think they are the shit. They look down on me for the job that i do, they always ask "What did you do before this?" I just tell them Tech work. Thats not good answer, it's followed by " Like working with computer's and things?" GOD THEY ARE DUMBASSES!!! So anyway i got out of Tech because it was draining the life out me, but maybe i should have stayed. I mean right now i am sweating balls everyday outside prepping cars for the web and dealing with these morons.
